I have been here multiple times since I purchased a Gas Scooter & this location is extremely chill. Oscar is the best! I had a list of items to purchase & absolutely no idea where to start. When you come in, they usually ask you what you’re looking for so you don’t get lost in the store. Oscar was incredibly patient & honest with me regarding the items I needed as well as the extent of his knowledge regarding my scooter. He even entertained my questions by looking at a video I pulled up in order to try to explain what I needed. Eventually, Oscar was pulled away to a delivery but left me in the great hands of another employee. This location is very friendly & each visit has been a great one. Thank you again Oscar!!

Love the down home little mom and pop hardware store feel to it. Totally reminds me of being back home in Alabama, where I'm from. And where I know little family owned style stores like this of all different nature's. It makes me a little homesick if anything negative, other than that, great place. They always have sales people in force offering their services and ready to assist you. It's not like the ace hardware website or anything, it's like its own little back in time in the middle of Los Angeles version. They have all the needs or essentials for the most part. And finished up with that friendly flare that it seems like they may get to know your name and address you personally after a handful of times in there. I have been twice now, so I will have to get back on that one after a few more visits.

Great employees here. Good experience with the staffs. Will return. Has a small parking lot at front of entrance. No complaints
